1) When you sign up, our staff will contact you and help you along the way. We begin getting your company information and set up a profile on our system which stores the testimonials.
2) Next, we provide you with a one-time web code to directly feed the Testimonials to your company's website. This also helps keep your website updated with no further programming.
3) We will then work with your staff and teach them how to use the various tools we offer to not only get testimonials from your clients, but also to use them with prospective clients.
4) At Trusteria Services, service is very important. The staff assigned to you will monitor your account, periodically contact you about testimonials that need to be approved, assess the process you are using in your business, and offer ways to enhance the service.

A. Our staff will work with your web designers to add a (one-time) string of code. Once the code is added, your testimonials (the latest 5) will be automatically fed to your website. This keeps the page fresh as testimonials are added.

Q. Can anyone post a testimonial?
A. Yes, but it is limited to one person, per profile, per e-mail address, in a 6 month period of time.

A. No. The testimonial will be sent to you and you can either approve it (once approved, it posts to your profile) or decline it. If declined, the testimonial disappears. This is not a business review site, but rather an information resource for people to see the great testimonials from their neighbors.
