I have worked in Tallahassee's real estate industry for 15 years, and I am a life-long resident of Tallahassee. Unfortunately, many business owners do not share my belief in honesty, prompt and professional service, quality products, and ethical workmanship. I have had the privilege to sit down with John Stehmeyer on multiple occasions; we talked about business in general, but we also discussed our business beliefs. In May 2008 a crew from RiverKing Custom Painting painted the exterior of my house. The crew consisted of Victor, painting supervisor, Olga & Neslon painters. These painters truly do a thorough and professional job. They take pride in their work and are determined to paint the house in a manner to please the homeowner. The thoroughness included painting the mailbox so that the whole package was pleasing to the eye. The work ethic of these painters is unbelievable! They arrive at 8am and work until 5pm with a short lunch break. They are extremely reliable with high standards. I am so pleased to have this crew paint my house. I have had two previous jobs done at my house and I have to say that the level of professionalism and standards of Victor, Olga & Nelson were far above them. It certainly alleviates a lot of stress when the job is done right and with care. What a nice group of people! Thank you so much Victor, Olga, & Nelson. This is certainly a tribute to Mr. John D. I would like to say how awesome Riverking Custom Painting is. I have had them paint 3 homes for me and never had a single problem. They get in and get out so quickly and always clean up better than how they found it and the actual painting is superb. I have also had them do some small construction jobs for me with equal results. Last week I needed pressure washing very quickly for a home I have on the market and I contacted Riverking Saturday morning and they had it done by mid afternoon that same day!!! Amazing service. I would recommend Riverking without hesitation. They are by far the best in Tallahassee.

We needed our home pressure-washed last year and RiverKing Custom Painting did an amazing job! To me, the worst problem area was the screened-in patio. The patio is our yet we were afraid to clean the screen walls (applying too much pressure) I was amazed when RiverKing did that for us too-it looks brand new!!! On another occasion, RiverKing restored our circa 60's ornate ironwork columns out front. They needed the pitting and rust removed as well as repainting. They look fantastic.
