Trusteria.com focuses on consumers, businesses and non-profit organizations in Leon, Wakulla, Franklin, Jefferson, Gadsden, Taylor, Liberty and Madison counties.
Is there a minimum time commitment required for a Trusteria subscription?
No, subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Subscriptions are explained in the benefits area.
How do I get people to comment on my business?
Once you register your business HERE, there will be an area in your profile that you can add as many e-mail addresses as you want. Once all the e-mail addresses are entered and you press submit, each of the recipients will get a personalized e-mail requesting a comment for your business and a link to your profile.
Can anyone post a comment for a business?
Yes, but it is limited to one per business per e-mail address.
Does a customer comment post automatically?
No. The comment will be sent to the business and they can accept it (once accepted it posts to the business profile) or decline it. If declined, the comment disappears. This is not a business review site, but rather an information resource for people and businesses to connect.
Why should I get people to comment?
The more people who leave you comments, the higher you rank on the search engine. Also, studies have proven that one of the biggest mistakes a business makes is not going staying in touch with past clients. By asking for a comment, you have reached out to that person again which may lead to more business.
What else can I do to facilitate comments for my business?
1) You will be assigned a Web link like http://www.trusteria.com/salestouches. Just give this link to your customers and they will be directed to your profile to leave a comment. 2) On your profile will be HTML code that you can add to your businesses website so customers can click on the logo and be directed to your profile to leave a comment.

There are more than 20,000 listings in our database – and they can all be reached through our search tool.
Do I need a subscription to post an event for my non-profit organization?
No. It is free to post an event, but a subscription will allow you to post your sponsorship opportunities for businesses and consumers.
When searching for a type of business, what determines the order of the search results?
Search results are based on the number of comments a business has from its customers. The more comments, the higher it is in the search results. After that, results are listed alphabetically.
How do I post articles, Jobs, etc..?
Once you have registered as a business, go to MY ACCOUNT at the top of the screen and you will be able to add content.
