We could not be more pleased with the new roof installed by Dale Tadlock roofing company. The estimator provided Facts, Options, and Suggestions, not a high pressured sales pitch. The obviously highly experienced and well trained 7 man crew had our fairly large roof completely replaced in two days. When they left, it was impossible to tell a major construction project had taken place. The total experience with Dale's company can be summed up in one word. Perfect!

In November 2009, we had a rather large, steep-pitched roof replaced and some additional insulation blown into the attic.  We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the workers.  I can only assume from what appears to be good, quality work that we'll be happy with the long-term performance of this roof.  And it looks *GREAT*!

Pros: Excellent, first-rate presentation of what they offer ("sales pitch") and the technologies behind the products they offer.  Excellent, first-rate communication prior to and during the job.  Excellent work crew.  The work crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up the site after each day's work (our job took three days)!

Cons: While barely worth mentioning, I was a bit surprised that the final process of paying for the work didn't go the way I assumed it would.  We had to specifically request Release of Lien paperwork (This protects the homeowner if the roofer were to fail to pay their suppliers.).  We also had to specifically request the Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form (This is what you use to get a discount on your home owners insurance for wind mitigation measures taken.  It's $$$ in your pocket, so don't forget it!).  Finally, during the "sales pitch" we were told that we'd be shown digital pictures of the insulation blown into the attic to the "R" value agreed.  I had to specifically request these and was told they would be mailed to me at a later date.  So, I would recommend that their "check-out" process automatically include all of the above information without having to be requested.

With the "Pros" being the things that matter most (quality of the work, etc.) and the "Cons" being minor, back-office type things, I have to say that we're pleased with Dale Tadlock Roofing and would definitely recommend them to our friends!

A great deal of time and enegy were spent this summer in researching local contractors.  I eventually chose Dale Tadlock Roofing.   I made an excellent choice:  Office staff and work crew were professional and considerate at all times.  The site foreman, crew leader, and team always arrived early and on-time, as well as crew members cleared the site of debris at the end of each day.  Also, crew was careful around flower beds and shrubs.     It was a job well done.

Applicable warranties on material and workmanship are golden.   I have shared with friends my experience with Tadlock Roofing and would call on them again.

I wasn't planning to reroof my house any time soon, but an increasingly ominous leak made it inevitable. I randomly picked Tadlock Roofing from an internet search, and feel incredibly lucky to have done so. Rodney made an excellent, thorough sales presentation; Jason and his work crew were careful, thorough, and quick; and the women in the office made the paperwork a breeze. All in all, a relatively painless experience (as far as house maintenance projects go). My new roof looks wonderful, the envy of all the neighbors. Very pleased with this roofing job. I had an urgent repair that needed to be done before the roof was completely redone, and they did that promptly (the day after I contracted for the whole roof). There was always someone at the site to speak to and explain things, and cleanup was excellent. Very fast job, too, only two days.

I am delighted with my new roof. Dale Tadlock employees were able to completely re-roof my house in 1 1/2 days. I had observed that other re-roofing jobs in my neighborhood frequently took a week or longer to complete. Employees were polite, helpful, and responsive to my numerous questions. The supervisor noticed a place where the brick needed sealing and took care of this issue during the re-roofing, thus preventing the possibility of future water damage to my walls. They are very personable professionals, answering all my questions, returning my calls promptly, educating me concerning the process and materials and all around good business professionals I entrusted my most valuable asset to. The labor crew was very tighty in policing the working area, and always left the area clean and neat. The working crew observed my safety as I wondered about their work area during the process also. Jason was very careful to protect my plants from damage as well as organize their supplies so their work was completed in a highly organized fashion. It was (past) time to replace my roof.  Dale Tadlock Roofing was one of the firms I called to get an estimate.  I included them on my list based on the positive experiences of two colleagues.  The initial presentation was informative and thorough; the gentlemen made a persuasive case for using their firm without resorting to high pressure tactics.  The office staff was helpful.  The work was performed as contracted.  The superintendent stayed in touch with me.  While they were only on-site two days, they cleaned up the debris each day. They also completed an uniform mitigation verification form from my insurance agent that I can submit with information about the new roof.  All in all, I am pleased with all aspects of the work.

T.S. Faye decided to drop a 100ft. tree on the corner of my roof, with what seemed to be a glancing blow. After trying to engage a number of local roofing companies with no success (apparently they felt the job was too small and not worth their time), I finally was referred to Dale Tadlock Roofing -- Thank Goodness! Within days, the damage was assessed and a professional plan was put in place to restore the roof to original condition. Their team arrived as promised and quickly reconstructed the damaged area, even having to match a shingle color that was no longer in production. Great job! I am so pleased with the professional approch they take and the obvious care they gave in making sure I was satisfied, that I will be engaging them for annual inspection and maintenance of my roof.
