Enjoy "Vintage California" at the 13th Annual Tallahassee Wine & Food Festival to benefit the March of Dimes. The festival begins with the rare opportunity to participate in cooking classes taught by the areas BEST chefs. Guests can select from three out of four classes offered from 9 AM until 12 noon. Our entertaining line-up of chefs includes Eric Favier, Executive Chef at the award-winning French restaurant, Chef Pierre. The festival continues on Saturday evening with the GRAND WINE TASTING featuring over 200 delectable wines from California and abroad. Whether you are a novice wine enthusiast or expert, take part in the various wine-related classes offered at 6 PM and 7 PM. Participate in an evening of competitive bidding while you "sip and shop" in the silent auction. Over 200 items ranging from get-a-way trips to rare wine packages will be auctioned throughout the evening. NEW for 2008, is the SUPER SILENT AUCTION. Join our local "celebrity" guests as they taunt, tease and tempt bidders for ONE-OF-A-KIND auction packages. Additional festival "fun spots" include Club Port, Chocolate Bliss and the Champagne Lounge.
