Remote Support Services

Remote services are provided at 36.00 per hour to anyone with an Internet connection. You should call to set up a remote session with a technician. A flash file of your session can be requested so you can review it at a later date, or use as training.

Can I just tell you how much I love Codagenx Computer guys? For a REALLY reasonable fee Kevin and Greg fix my computer FROM THEIR OFFICE. I don’t have to disconnect it, haul it into my car and wait days for it to be repaired. I give them access to “remote” into my computer (a little freaky to begin with, but now I love it!) and voila! all those annoying things I can’t fix myself are gone – and I can be productive again. Hello, Greg. I am a small business owner who relies heavily on the internet seven days a week.
