The piano sounded really great yesterday. I was very pleased, and Dr. Hood seemed to be pleased as well. Thank you for your outstanding service of delivering and tuning the piano. And thank Jim for me as well.

The piano that Jim’s Pianos provided for the concert on yesterday was a marvelous instrument. The care that Jim gave to the piano was greatly appreciated and it sounded wonderful in the performance space. Thank you and your staff for taking such good care of us.

Mr. Jim, I wanted to sit down and send a thank you. We had such a great time the day you came to tune our very out of tune piano. LOL, you were so very patient with all of the children sitting, listening and asking questions. You were also very encouraging to me and inspired me as a mother to be encouraging. I so enjoyed your story of you and your grandfather and his life lessons and influence he had upon your life. I pray that you reach all your clients and touch their lives the way you did ours. This email is a little late, and I am sorry. I do hope it gives you inspiration to carry on and hopefully touch other lives by your expertise and knowledge of your craftsmanship as well as your respect and attention to detail you give to each and every visit to tune to a piano. Also, please know that I absolutely love Ms. GinaMarie. She is exemplary; you could not have chosen a better apprentice and person to run your business. Please do give her hugs and I will have to bring the children in the shop one day to meet her and show them piano's to inspire them to dream big with the gifts and talents the Lord has given them. I was terribly upset by the death of my brother and needed help dealing with his piano. I had to sell it. I contacted Jim's Piano and they took care of everything in a very kind and professional manner. I recognize good people when I meet them. They are good people.

Our Piano stopped working and Jim's came out same day to try and determine problem and possibly fix it. Jim was unable to repair and provided us with a loaner Baby Grand at no cost because he was unable to do the repair. We had to go elsewhere for the repair and parts (due to the age of the Piano and that they are not being manufactured anymore.. Jim saved the day and the week by loaning us his Baby Grand we were able to keep scheduled entertainment!

It's been a pleasure to purchase a piano from someone like Jim Sims who believes in integrity and knows what it means to do a job right. Jim has been as concerned as I have about making sure everything is as it should be, and will go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. I've been impressed with his dedication to quality service and it's made me realize how little of that we see these days. They did a beautiful job moving my piano and it was a symphony to watch them work - they really care about fine instuments.

Jim Sims is one of the most honest and ethical men that I have ever had the priviledge to know. His service is beyond superior. His sales methods are fair and just. I just discovered Jim’s Piano through my church’s musician. He would always rave about this place and I had to find out what the big deal was. Being a musician myself, I was in awe of the selection and history behind many of the pianos.
