Great for Valentines Day
For first quarter 2010, BPW teamed up with the Zonta Club of Tallahassee to collect new towel and twin sheet sets for women seeking shelter at the Refuge House, a local safe haven for victims of domestic and sexual violence. When women and their children ready to leave the Refuge House and reenter society, they often do so with nothing of their own. These towel and sheet sets will give them something to take with them as they build a new life free of abuse.

Tallahassee Museum. The day will include live music, dance from ballet to flamenco and artists will display there work in the picturesque settings throughout the Museum's grounds. Free.
Timothy Roop, certified arborist, will demonstrate how and when to prune and Donna Legare will discuss soil protection and enhancement, fertilizing and composting and how to have a more natural lawn. For first quarter 2010, BPW teamed up with the Zonta Club of Tallahassee to collect new towel and twin sheet sets for women seeking shelter at the Refuge House, a local safe haven for victims of domestic and sexual violence. When women and their children ready to leave the Refuge House and reenter society, they often do so with nothing of their own. These towel and sheet sets will give them something to take with them as they build a new life free of abuse.

Leadership Tallahassee is presenting its first Leadership Conference Friday, February 26, at the Florida State University Turnbull Conference Center, 8:30 – 5:00 p.m. Recognizing that individuals and organizations need to be mindful of their “bottom line”, an in-town conference seemed to be an ideal way to provide valuable training for a low cost.
RIDE AND/OR MEET some of the international pro cyclists who race for Team Type 1. Come Friday Feb. 26, 2010, anytime between 3:30 - 6:30 PM. All team members are men and women with Type 1 diabetes.
Diabetes education and screening will be provided by TMH Diabetes Center. Ride Loop is 2. 7 miles at Centerville Conservation Community.

For first quarter 2010, BPW teamed up with the Zonta Club of Tallahassee to collect new towel and twin sheet sets for women seeking shelter at the Refuge House, a local safe haven for victims of domestic and sexual violence. When women and their children ready to leave the Refuge House and reenter society, they often do so with nothing of their own. These towel and sheet sets will give them something to take with them as they build a new life free of abuse.
Honor your administrative professionals on their special day. Bring them to lunch, hear special speaker Loranne Ausley, candidate for CFO of Florida, receive a special gift and celebrate with the winner of the 2010 Administrative Professional of the Year Award! When women and their children ready to leave the Refuge House and reenter society, they often do so with nothing of their own. These towel and sheet sets will give them something to take with them as they build a new life free of abuse.

Great for Valentines Day
For first quarter 2010, BPW teamed up with the Zonta Club of Tallahassee to collect new towel and twin sheet sets for women seeking shelter at the Refuge House, a local safe haven for victims of domestic and sexual violence. When women and their children ready to leave the Refuge House and reenter society, they often do so with nothing of their own. These towel and sheet sets will give them something to take with them as they build a new life free of abuse.
