As part of our Summer Program of Events we’re proud to welcome back Walk-About Puppets production of The Kitchen Stories this Thursday night at 7:00 in our Main Meeting Room. Walk-about Puppets is an exciting children’s theater . They are a touring company committed to providing children and adults with the opportunity to enjoy puppet-theater of the highest quality. Since beginning in 1999, we have presented shows for over 90,000 children in Libraries, Schools and many other venues.

The 2nd Annual Paws in Prison Charity Golf Tournament will be held Friday, August 7, 2009 at Wildwood Country Club in Medart, Florida. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Lunch and the awards ceremony will be held at 1:00 p.m.

There will be 32 Four-Player teams and 4 person scramble (Select-A-Shot). The cost is $75 per player (covers green fees, cart, goody bag, lunch and awards ceremony) or $300 per team of 4 players.
