If you're planning on giving that special person a nice watch, or ring, or bracelet or other jewelry, I can personally recommend Delmas Diamonds and Jewelry in the Calico Jacks shopping plaza on NE Capital Circle, opposite Carrabbas Italian Restaurant. Frank knows diamonds, he is not a pushy salesman and he even shows you what he paid for the diamond so you can see you're not paying exhorbitant (i.e. Mall!) mark ups on the wholesale price. I think he's great, so I'm just passing on some good news for holiday shopping, because I like getting good news these days!

Frank's custom-crafted jewelry went to Greece--and was admired by the Greek minister of culture--she said after looking at the yellow citrine (sp?) stone set in a triangle of chocolate diamonds--and matching drop earrings--"stunning" in English and Greek!! My wife-to-be hadn't been very subtle in letting me know she wanted an engagement ring. She also had a very specific design in mind, she drew me a picture even. I wanted to deliver as close to what she wanted as I could, but had no luck finding anything that resembled her sketch. I was referred to Frank and after talking to him and seeing his enthusiasm to help, I really felt relieved. He was a pleasure to work with on the design and diamond selection, and his patience seemed endless. In the end, he over-delivered and both her and I were surprised with the ring she now wears. The ring is gorgeous, and people compliment it often. Frank's integrity and craftsmanship are second to none. I wish every business I dealt with shared the same values as he.

Just recently I took an old cameo to the owner (Frank) to see it he could replace the gold trim on the cameo that had been stolen. Frank replaced the trim and went the extra mile and added a pin so it can be worn as a penant or as a necklace. The gold work was excellent as was doing business with a local company and friendly people want to service their customers.

My fiancée brought home a ruby from Afghanistan and we went to Delma’s to have it appraised. Frank is very knowledgeable and gave us an honest opinion, so we decided to have him put the ruby into a ring. I’m very glad we did! Frank was fantastic to work with, really listened to what we wanted, and did this within the price range we requested. Frank has a genuine appreciation for his work and it shows in the ring we picked up yesterday! He created an incredible custom ring that he designed himself that will now be a family heirloom we can be proud to pass down.
