Kaye Kendrick Enterprises: Business and Management Consulting
After already being in business for herself almost 10 years, Kaye Kendrick launched Kaye Kendrick Enterprises in 2003. Since then, the company has striven to provide business and management consulting services to organizations and people in need.
A native of Tallahassee, Kaye attended Florida State University and received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1981. A year later, she became a Certified Public Accountant and has since become a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Public Manager. She dedicated the first 14 years of her career to program evaluation and auditing within both the public and private sector. She then spent the next 14 years in performance management consulting and has since recognized the importance of shared outcomes and the combined efforts in achieving goals.
Kaye Kendrick Enterprises is all about helping organizations and people get the results they want; Kaye explains that when clients have questions, it is her team’s job to consult in ways that will effectively provide the necessary answers. The services the company offers include strategic and business planning, performance management, organizational transition, systems development, performance evaluation, performance auditing, cost and process analysis, forensic accounting, and above all, leaving clients with sustainable results. Kaye emphasizes that clients can expect honesty, quality, and commitment from her company.
When she is away from the workplace, Kaye loves spending time with her family. Her two daughters, who are almost 17 and 22 years old, have always been the focus of her life; she proudly admits that she has accompanied them in their Harry Potter and Twilight phases and has never missed a field trip. Additionally, she enjoys swimming, driving her car, and walking. Kaye is also involved with the Women’s Club and does various sponsorships in the community when given the opportunity.
When examining her industry as a whole, Kaye is excited about the potential for professionals in governmental performance management to come together to better define the discipline so that they can demonstrate the value to its citizens; she believes in the need to embrace technology to teach these skills. With Kaye Kendrick Enterprises, she looks forward to continue providing the highest tier consulting services to her clients.
