Gutter Solutions and Water Proofing: controlling water from roof to ground
Combining his interest in fixing things and years of experience in the waterproofing industry, Sam Littlefield started the company, Gutter Solutions and Water Proofing, in 2003. Since then, he and his team have committed themselves to helping meet all water prevention and control needs of his customers.
Born and raised in Tallahassee, Sam spent his high school days working at his father’s waterproofing company. Upon graduation, he joined the marine core and served from 1994 until 1998. Shortly thereafter, he started his own painting company. Desiring a more challenging industry, he decided to apply his prior experience with his father into a new gutter business. Today, Gutter Solutions and Water Proofing has become an overall storm water prevention company.
Sam takes pride in the level of customer service, professionalism, and knowledge he and his team of five bring to the job, whether it is commercial or residential. Working as a well-trained team, the company provides gutter installation, gutter maintenance, underground drainage systems, and water proofing. In addition, each service has several options; for example, the gutter installation includes copper, seamless, and aluminum finishes. Sam also emphasizes the benefits to the maintenance program. The program offers a cost efficient way to maintain a relationship with the company; not only will customers receive thorough inspections of their gutter needs, but they can access the details of each visit through a personal profile page via the website.
Sam also has his hand in several organizations in Tallahassee. He is involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Chamber of Commerce Leads Group 6, Business Network International, Tallahassee Young Entrepreneurs Organization, and the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his two kids; surfing and fishing are two favorite hobbies of his.
Sam and his teammates enjoy what they do; every day they get the opportunity to fix problems. He emphasizes that Gutter Solutions and Water Proofing is not just another gutter company. Rather, it specializes in controlling water prevention from the roof to the ground. He hopes to educate the public on preventative measures that will keep the costs of repairs minimal.
