Cellular Sales: offering Verizon wireless services in Tallahassee
Cell phones, from the most basic to the more advanced touch screen and PDA formats, are a part of life; in fact, most people consider them a necessity, rather than a luxury. In February 2009, Debra Stanford embraced this knowledge and her personal loyalty to Verizon, and became an account executive for the brand’s dealer: Cellular Sales.
Debra’s start in the wireless services industry succeeded a 15 year career in interior design. The Tallahassee native earned her living working for a construction company, redoing beach condos and homes in the area. In 2009, she sought a career shift to something more recession proof and jumped at the opportunity to work for her favorite wireless provider, Verizon.
Cellular Sales offers all wireless needs for internet and cell phones. Though an independent contractor, Debra conducts her business at three stores in Tallahassee, which are located at the Tallahassee mall, on North Monroe Street and on Capital Circle. Debra emphasizes the difference between her business and corporate/internet providers: personalized service. Whether the customer has a problem texting or needs some cell phone guidance, Debra is available for that one-on-one interaction.
In her free time, Debra enjoys watching major league baseball, running Disney half-marathons and spending time with her two kids. She looks forward to seeing how the Verizon brand continues to awe her and her customers in the future, as it constantly seeks ways to improve its phones and features.
