CAPTIVEYES: Helping every business advertise like big business
With the intention to help businesses of any size capture intended audiences through eye-catching advertisements, CAPTIVEYES opened in 2006. Alex Morgan, brother of one of the co-founders, decided to join the company about a year later and currently serves as vice president.
Before making the move to Tallahassee a year and a half ago, Alex pursued a few career paths of his own. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in accounting and spent the next few years working as a CPA in the public sector. He then shifted gears by starting his own residential remodeling business. Shortly thereafter, he transitioned to a commercial construction management company in South Florida before realizing he still hadn’t discovered the perfect fit. It was then that his brother recruited him to join CAPTIVEYES and he hasn’t looked back since.
CAPTIVEYES is more than a typical advertising company. Rather, it operates a network of strategically placed indoor digital billboards meant to capture specific target audiences. Some of the many places these billboards are located include educational institutions, gyms, restaurants, bars, gas stations, doctors offices and salons. The advertising is sold in increments of 15 seconds within 10 ten minute loops. The company prides itself on its ability to target potential customers, increase awareness, and promote products and services in a cost effective manner. With customer satisfaction as the goal, CAPTIVEYES uses only the best technology to deliver the best end results.
Alex emphasizes that the company could not be successful without the support and networking within the Tallahassee community. CAPTIVEYES therefore stays involved with the area through the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary; additionally, the company provides a multitude of complementary services for non-profit organizations. Personally, Alex is highly active in First Baptist Church of Tallahassee and also provides pro-bono tax services and advice for those who cannot afford them. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors by fishing, hunting, or playing sports such as softball and soccer.
Alex enjoys the opportunity to help grow the business his brother and William Wilson founded. He looks forward to years ahead of using CAPTIVEYES to develop relationships and give back to the supporting community.
