Regardless of the economy, people still want to have a good time. Knowing this, Kristen Wofford opened Action Attraction Party Rental to provide Tallahassee with the opportunity for unique fun. The city has enjoyed extravagant rental items and party services for three years now.
As the mother of three children, Kristen has had plenty of opportunities to develop party planning skills over the years; so when she grew tired of her 15 year court reporting career, a shift to the more exciting and rewarding party planning business felt right. She and her husband, who is a captain on highway patrol, view the business as a chance to contribute something special to the community they call home.
Action Attraction Party Rental offers something for everyone, targeting no age group in particular. There are giant inflatable bounce houses and dry and water slides; outdoor movie cinema and karaoke equipment; concession equipment, tables and chairs; and interactive games including a live game show, with trivia tailored to any occasion and demographic. Kristen explains that cleanliness, safety and affordability are integral to the success of her business, and she finds that her customers appreciate this and often return for future party needs.
In an effort to give back to her community, Kristen provides equipment and hosts parties at discounted prices for various organizations. Specifically, Action Attraction Party Rental is partnered with Leon County Schools, works with churches often, and sponsors causes such as the March of Dimes. When Kristen is not serving customers or her community, she enjoys motorcycling with her husband and spending time with her children.
Kristen loves working in a positive atmosphere; customers call excited about a party and she has the pleasure of making the plans a reality. She looks forward to adding new services and equipment to Action Attraction Party Rental and developing more relationships with community members as her business becomes increasingly established.
