360 Painting: specializing in residential repainting and customer service
Painters are abundant in Tallahassee. However, Wray Pace started his own company—360 Painting—with a vision of offering unparalleled customer service. He has been carrying out his mission for three and a half years now.
Born and raised in Tallahassee, Wray ventured over to Mercer University in Georgia to attain his bachelor’s degree in communication. From there, he jumped into the rapidly exploding internet field, where he worked for a web-based home improvement company. Not fully satisfied, Wray experimented with software and insurance jobs, but still had yet to find his niche. In 2003, he decided to return to Tallahassee, where he had family and deep attachments. Wray realized that he needed to be immersed in an endeavor of his own making, and decided to draw upon his past experience of do-it-yourself projects around the house. Three and a half years into his new business, he is pleased to have found his passion.
Through 360 Painting, Wray and his team specialize in residential repainting projects on both interior and exterior levels, but can accommodate everything from single doors to large, commercial building jobs. Wray finds that although customers love the quality work they receive, they most appreciate the personalized service and guarantee for satisfaction. He offers a free estimate, and once the deal is sealed, he only requires a small down payment to cover the cost of materials. After that, Wray does not receive the final installment until he and the customer have inspected and approved the final project together.
As a way to best serve the needs of his customers, Wray has taken to completing other home improvement tasks in addition to painting. He often accommodates requests for pressure washing, gutter cleaning, wood rot replacements and more.
Wray admits opening his business in difficult economic times, but his determination to personally connect with each customer and expand his services to reach more people has kept 360 Painting going. He looks forward to growing his business even more in the future.
