We are North Florida and Tallahassee’s Premier tree care and land clearing company. We have 3 certified arborists and are fully licensed and insured with over $1 million in general liability and worker's compensation insurance. Dear G and C, I would like to take a few minutes to commend the workers that came to my house on Friday. They removed a huge tree from my deck. The tree hung precariously over the house. I sat outside and watched the whole removal. Your workers were incredible! They were very careful. I was awestruck as I watched the men climb out on limbs to attach the equipment to the tree limbs to be removed. While other workers cut up the large pieces on the ground, the climbers cut the trees in sections. Cleanup was also marvelous. They blew off debris from the roof and deck and picked up even the smallest left over branches. I commend your company for hiring such professional workers. I would recommend your company to anyone that wants to pay for removal of a tree. Again, thank you for making this a very positive experience.

Enclosed please find check for tree removal performed by your company. This gigantic pine and its location was formidable challendge coupled with saving nearby trees, shrubs and my lawn. This crew under the direction of Dale Burris did an excellent job - the cooperation and coordination flowing between Lannie the crane operator and Bill and Dale high in the tree was amazing to watch. During the several hours of work I observed this crew is like one big family - teasing and high morales and always courteous and professional. Cleanup was outstanding! I shall recommend you to my friends. P.S. Tricia presents your office in a courteous professional manner also.

I have used several tree services through the years, but in the future, I will only use one, Gibbs & Culpepper Tree Service. I have used you several times in the past and each time I have been extremely impressed by your high levels of customer service. From the initial call into Debbie at the office to set up an estimate, followed by a visit by Harry to go over my tree work, to the final follow up call by Jackie to see if the work was done to my satisfaction. In my most recent experience with your company, I received a detailed and fair quote. The work was done in a planned and logical manner. The crew worked well together and they were courteous in my presence. They went above and beyond to make sure that the tree debris was completely cleaned up and they left my yard in better shape than it was before the job. They even blew off my roof and driveway! Hector pruned my severly cut-back holly tree and was able to turn ugly into a nice asian design. This demostrated his interest and willingness to go beyond the requirements of his job. Once I got the bill, I called Tricia in the office and she was very helpful and courteous to me as I paid with my credit card. The next time my hedge at my office needs professional pruning and my home has Crape Myrtles needing attention, I will definitely call Gibbs & Culpepper Tree Services.

The tree surgeons were very good at their craft. The tree being pruned has a large begonia bed completely surrounding the base and the crew did the pruning without damaging or disturbing the bed or the lawn. They carefully maneuvered the falling limbs away from the bed and gently lowered the large limbs to the ground to prevent yard damage. They did a superb job. The cleanup was immaculate. I had approximately 18 trees removed, debris removed, and stumps ground. This was a big job and they underbid everyone out of 5 total bids. Most of the trees were very close to or overhanging the house. Two crews showed up within a couple of minutes of the scheduled time and went straight to work. The crews worked until late afternoon when the job was completed. The owner took his personal time while keeping his two young boys to come out and check on the progress of the crews. All of the management and employees were extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company and will call them again without thinking of any other bids if I have the need arise again.

We called Gibbs & Culpepper Tree Service to get an estimate on some tree work. Although they were not the lowest price, their professionalism during our visit and their detailed estimate which was emailed to me was what drew me to them.
