Fred Addonizio

Fred and his staff did a great job recently on a total flooring replacement project at my home. He was very attentive and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. At the first meeting in his showroom, he listened to my needs, then made suggestions and gave me options rather than "telling me" what I should buy. He went the extra mile by coming out to my house that same day to take measurements. He then helped me in the selection process by providing a very usefull matrix that allowed me to pick and choose several different options and flooring combinations then instantly seeing the effect of those selections to my budget. I had a very tight budget and truly believe that Fred helped me get the most bang for my buck. I never felt pressured to buy certain products over any others. The decision was completely up to me. During the installation process, Fred was very responsive to any questions and/or concerns I had and always mad himself 100% available. After the project was complete, Fred was very professional and responsive to my punch list items. I highly recommend Fred, his staff and the products he sells to anyone with flooring needs. JAS

As a Realtor I have many occassions where clients wish to freshen and/or refurbish a house in order to make it their home, and to reflect their personal tastes and style.
