During office hours live associates answer the phone to assist you with your needs. If we can't answer a question at that time, we will let you know and promptly call you back. We do not push for certain products or investments based on our opinion, but match you up with the investment that is suitable for your personal investment needs. We only recommend something after talking with you and understanding what your financial needs are. The only way to decide whether our company fits your needs is to meet with a representative.
