Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross employed Dean Pugh and his company AMWAT Moving and Warehousing to move our Chapter from our previous facility to our new location. Mr. Pugh and his crew of 16 professional movers came in and loaded the trucks and moved us from one location to the next in one day. The purpose of this letter is to recommend AMWAT as your mover. We just completed a move of 30,000 square feet from one of our commercial building to another. Our law firm was very happy with the move, cost, and the degree of competence exhibited by the AMWAT staff. I just wanted to take a moment and say “thanks” for the outstanding job your company did in moving me from Pompano Beach to Tallahassee. The price was fair, but even more importantly, the service was outstanding!!

I know it wasn’t easy to make my arrangements because the timing was so last minute. However, everyone with your company made it seem like this was an everyday occurrence (even thought I know it isn’t) and was no problem. Every time I called, I either spoke with the person I needed immediately or I received a return call promptly.

Joe and Travis did an excellent job of packing my things. While they were very efficient, they also took great care. And it showed!! Everything arrived in excellent condition.

The unloading here was great, as well. While you guys worked hard and quickly, I could tell that they were taking great care to move things in with no problems. In fact, considering all the stairs, turns and the size of several of my items- I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to accomplish this task.

All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Please know that I’ll definitely be calling you if I am ever in a position to move again!!
